NYLON CONVEYOR BELT

      The nylon (NN) rubber conveyor belt is widely used in the bulk material handling industry. The structure of the nylon rubber belt is engineered with multiple layers of high-tensile nylon fabric, both in the warp and weft directions, processed according to advanced scientific methods.

      It is manufactured with high-strength, wear-resistant rubber compounds, ensuring durability and performance.

1. The NN conveyor belt offers excellent elasticity, outstanding impact resistance, and high tear resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding working conditions.

2. The NN conveyor belt exhibits low permanent elongation under tension. Its low-stretch nylon fabric core provides superior performance compared to other conventional fabric belts, reducing the need for frequent take-up adjustments during operation. This helps minimize overall equipment costs and is particularly advantageous for medium to long-distance material transportation.

3. The NN conveyor belt demonstrates strong moisture resistance. Even in damp or cold environments, the adhesion strength between rubber layers remains unaffected, ensuring reliable operation and extended service life.

4. NN conveyor belts offer good resistance to acids, alkalis, and heat. From a long-term perspective, choosing NN conveyor belts proves to be a cost-effective solution.

5. The NN conveyor belt features fewer layers, a thinner body, and lighter weight, providing greater flexibility during operation. This not only enhances conveying efficiency but also reduces power consumption and optimizes the transportation radius, contributing to energy savings and improved operational efficiency.

6. The tensile strength of the NN conveyor belt’s cover rubber exceeds 15 MPa, with an elongation at break of over 400%, and an abrasion loss of less than 150 mm³.

7. The adhesive strength between NN fabric layers is robust. The average peel strength between layers reaches ≥ 4.5 N/mm, while the adhesion between the cover rubber and fabric layers exceeds 4 N/mm.

8. The overall longitudinal tear resistance and full-thickness reference force elongation of the NN conveyor belt meet international standards, ensuring reliability and safety in various applications.



Product details

      Nylon conveyor belt is characterized by a thin tape body, good impact and flexural strength, light weight, fatigue durability, as well as best bonding strength between layers, thus having a long-lasting service life. The product is suitable for use in the sectors such as building, port, chemical engineering and mine where requiring medium-and-long conveying distance, high operating speed of conveyor-belt and great covering volume.

ExtensibilityThe all-thick longitudinal reference force extensibility of tape should not be greater than 2%.
